Exercise...finally!

Recently went for my company's health check up & realised that I've put on weight! & a considerable 5kg! OMG! Actually, the night before the check-up, I already checked it using Joan's weighing machine. I got a rude shock when I saw my weight on the display screen~! I couldn't believe my eyes. I thought the weighing machine was spoilt or battery low or something. I even asked my nephews to weigh on it to make sure. Their weight seemed accurate. Ok, I tried not to panic & just wait for the check-up the next day.

When I stood on the weighing machine & the person read out my weight, I was utterly shocked & my heart fainted, a 2nd time....a 2nd blow! It was exactly the same! :( I couldn't believe that I could put on so much weight in a year's time! I guess I really neglected it all & didn't control my diet & exercise regularly. There's no excuse for it. Sigh! But the funny thing is that there was no tell-tale signs @all! I didn't feel my clothes or pants any tighter! :O However later on, I asked Hannah & she said my face did got a bit rounder & body fleshier. Sad! But Sindy find that I look better now, with more flesh, which I agree. Anyhow, I still must lose weight, @least 3-5kg, to be in the ideal weight category. Thank God, I finally got to go jogging yesterday, after so many months. Coz before that, my gastric was constantly giving me problems & I was feeling really lethargic because of that. :( It sure felt good after a good sweat & exercise! :) I feel more energized & fresh. By God's Grace, I hope to continue this like what I used to, in a regular basis, to have a healthy lifestyle! :D Yay~!
