(Meiling & me, having dessert @MOF Japanese snack cafe @Lot 1) It was a long day for me yesterday. I went for facial & haircut + had my hair dyed in the morning, then met up with Meiling for lunch & Annie-san for movies & dinner. I was pleasantly surprised & a bit shocker of my new hair colour! Dun look like me @all! I looked totally & completely different, I joked with Auntie Baozhen that I looked like another person, which she laughed. Hair does matter! Didn't think that I would want to do that previously coz I was quite resistant to it actually. I heard horror stories from my friends how they have hair splitting problems, bad hair conditions after they dyed their hair etc. But after perming my hair,(which I never thought I would)when my personal hairstylist, Auntie Baozhen suggested it, I thought why not? It would be yet another refreshing change for me! I need to get away from the usual, too 'normal', routinal kinda lifestyle.
My mum was completely shocked when she saw me. As expected, she gave some negative comments...again. Haiz. Oh what the heck. I guess she's only concerned for me, that my hair would be spoiled or something.
I reckon I need time to adjust to my new hair colour again. Haha!
