Congrats to the S'pore Table Tennis Women's team for making it to the Olympics Final! Yippee! :P It was a darn exciting & intensify match indeed. Thank God, I got to watch it @the comfort inside my office with Sindy. Both of us were really engrossed & really into the match. Every point gained by the S'pore Team, we cheered. & every point we lost, we frowned. We just didn't want to miss a single thing, till we couldn't bear to even go to the toilet...haha!
In the end, after a fierce battle of more than 3 hours, we finally won, thanks to the Heroine- Feng Tianwei. South Korean was a strong opponent indeed, especially the one who played with Li Jiawei. I missed the most exciting ending part as it was time to go home. I only got to know the good news from another colleague. Oh man! Sindy said if I was there to watch, I would be touched to see as the S'pore Team embraced each other with tears....happy tears. On the other hand, the South Korean was in tears too....tears of sadness & anguish. Tears of happiness versus Tears of Sadness. :O Hmnnnn....
The Finals will be held tomorrow evening. I reckon the whole of Singapore will be sitting by their TV sets, anticipating. Nice timing, after dinner! ;P
Win or Lose, we will be guaranteed a medal- Gold or Silver. All The Best, Team S'pore! 加油!
